Replace worn or damaged resin vat film with Chitu Systems FEP release film. Designed for LCD and MSLA resin 3D printers, FEP film forms the transparent bottom layer of the resin vat and provides the release surface required for each cured resin layer during printing.
Available in multiple sizes for popular resin printers from Anycubic, ELEGOO, Creality, Phrozen, UniFormation and Flashforge. Each pack contains 3 FEP release films, making it convenient to keep replacement film ready for routine resin printer maintenance.

When Should You Replace FEP Film?
FEP release film is a consumable component of a resin 3D printer. Regularly inspect the bottom of the resin vat and replace the film when wear or damage begins to affect printing.
- Deep scratches, dents or visible surface damage
- Punctures or signs of resin leakage
- Clouding or significant loss of transparency
- Film that has become loose, stretched or deformed
- Repeated layer-release or adhesion problems that may be related to worn FEP film
FEP Film Installation & Care
- Confirm the correct film size for your resin vat before installation.
- Install the FEP evenly and follow the tensioning method recommended for your printer or resin vat.
- If protective liners are present, remove them before using the film.
- Avoid using sharp metal tools directly on the FEP surface.
- Remove cured resin carefully to avoid scratching or puncturing the film.
- Inspect the film before refilling the resin vat after a failed print.
