Hoopat Quick-Release Resin Tank Policy

We want you to enjoy a smooth and worry-free printing experience with your Hoopat Quick-Release Resin Tank.
If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

If your resin tank arrives with any structural issues — such as loose clips or deformed bottom pins — we’ll send you a brand-new replacement at no cost.

Should the tank fail to work properly after correct installation (for example, an X4H printing error or heating abnormality), we’ll replace it free of charge as well.

We also stand behind the durability of our materials.

If you notice paint peeling within 3 months of normal use, or experience heating failure or leakage within 6 months caused by product-related issues, we’ll provide a free replacement.

Please note: problems caused by mishandling, improper use, or accidental damage are not covered under warranty. However, we can always offer a discounted replacement to help you get back to printing as soon as possible.

FilaPartner E1 Filament Dryer Policy

Your FilaPartner E1 Filament Dryer is built for convenience and reliability — and we’re here to support you every step of the way.

If your dryer arrives with missing parts, we’ll send out the replacements right away at no charge.

Should you notice any functional issues during use (for example, inaccurate temperature or humidity readings), and our team identifies a specific component problem, we’ll ship you a replacement part such as the temperature/humidity circuit board, free of charge.

If any accessories are lost by accident, we’re happy to reship them — you’ll just need to cover the shipping cost.

And if your dryer is confirmed by Chitu’s official after-sales team to be non-functional and not caused by misuse, we’ll send you a full replacement unit at no cost.

 

In addition, we provide one year warranty for the Chitu boards (user’s mistake is not included in the warranty).

In 3 months, you will need to pay the shipping cost if need send back for repair.

In 3~12 months, you will need to pay the shipping cost and repair costs(components).

Chitu Systems will afford the shipping cost send back via standard shipping.

LCD Screen doesn’t have a warranty, it is consumable, all of our LCD is made from professional manufacture, and the screen will go through a strict exposure calibration test before leaving the factory.

Most of the new screen damage is related to the transportation environment. We will arrange a new replacement if the LCD is DOA( dead on arrival ).

And most monochrome LCD can work for the long term, however, it is also related to the user’s habit.

Returns & Refunds Service

1. After receiving the product, please open and check it the first time. If you open the package and find it damaged, please provide pictures and the order number to chitu systems after-sales team. We will give you a refund within 3-7 days. (Except for special circumstances)

2. If you are not satisfied with the product you received and would like to return it for a refund. Please keep the product intact and keep the label on the outside of the parcel.


Provide our after-sales team with the order number and demand, our after-sales staff will provide you with the return address and details. Postage will need to be borne by you.

Our free shipping uses the 4PX, which is way longer and cheaper. take about 10~20 days to main countries.

Express shipping will send via FedEx and is usually delivered within 5~7 days.
