Replace worn or damaged release film and keep your resin 3D printer running reliably. Chitu Systems nFEP release film is designed for LCD resin 3D printers and provides a smooth release surface between the cured resin layer and the bottom of the resin vat.

When Should You Replace the Release Film?
Release film is a consumable part of a resin 3D printer. Inspect the film regularly and replace it when you notice visible wear or changes that may affect printing.
- Deep scratches, dents or visible surface damage
- Punctures or resin leakage
- Clouding or noticeable loss of transparency
- Film that has become loose, stretched or deformed
- Increasing print failures that may be related to poor layer release
Installation & Care Tips
- Remove the protective film, if present, before installation.
- Install the nFEP film evenly and follow the tensioning method recommended for your resin vat.
- Do not use sharp metal tools directly on the film.
- Clean cured resin carefully to avoid scratching or puncturing the surface.
- Check the film for damage before refilling the vat with resin.
