ACF Release Film for LCD & MSLA Resin 3D Printers
Chitu Systems ACF release film is designed for a wide range of LCD and MSLA resin 3D printers. Its smooth release surface helps cured resin layers separate efficiently from the bottom of the resin vat during printing.
Multiple sizes are available for selected printers from ELEGOO, Anycubic, Creality, Phrozen, NOVA3D, PioNext and UNIZ. Compatible models include printers from the ELEGOO Saturn and Mars series, Anycubic Photon series, Creality HALOT series and Phrozen Sonic series, including models such as Saturn 3, Saturn 3 Ultra, Saturn 4 and Saturn 4 Ultra.

Chitu Systems ACF film is available in three sizes. Select the film according to your printer model and resin vat dimensions.
290×210mm: for selected ELEGOO, Anycubic, Creality, Phrozen, NOVA3D and PioNext printers.
315×220mm: for selected Anycubic, Creality, Phrozen, NOVA3D and UNIZ printers.
450×290mm: for selected large-format Anycubic, ELEGOO, Phrozen and PioNext printers.
The 290×210mm option is also available for selected ELEGOO Saturn-series applications including Saturn 3, Saturn 3 Ultra, Saturn 4 and Saturn 4 Ultra. Always confirm your resin vat dimensions before ordering.

How to Install ACF Release Film
ACF film has a smooth/glossy surface and a matte/frosted surface. During installation, the smooth side should face the resin, while the matte side should face the LCD screen.
When Should ACF Film Be Replaced?
Release film is a consumable component of a resin 3D printer. Inspect the ACF film regularly and replace it when wear or damage may affect printing or resin vat safety.
- Deep scratches or visible surface damage
- Punctures or resin leakage
- Film that has become stretched, loose or deformed
- Heavy clouding or deterioration of the film surface
- Repeated release-related print failures
