Inspired by snap-on food containers (yes, those satisfying “click” boxes), we completely reengineered the vat structure for simplicity and consistency.
With Hoopat’s quick-release design:
● No screws required. Just snap the frame shut in under 30 seconds.
● Uniform tension every time. The frame applies even pressure across all sides, helping avoid the common issue of warped or wrinkled film.
● No trimming needed. The film lies flat right from installation—no additional cutting or adjustments.
● Pre-holed film. ensures perfect alignment on first try
This reduces installation time, lowers failure rates, and helps maintain consistent print quality—especially on high-resolution or large-format printers.
02｜Why Hoopat Feels Just Right
When developing Hoopat, we focused on more than just speed:
● All-metal frame. Upgraded from PC plastic to die-cast aluminum alloy—lightweight, durable, and resistant to warping or corrosion.
● Special pour spout. Resin pouring is now clean and controlled thanks to a specially designed spout that prevents spillage.
● Clear capacity markings. Easily track how much resin you’re pouring in.
03｜Refined Through Real Feedback
We listened to user suggestions and introduced key upgrades:
● Snap-lock noise dampening. Early versions of Hoopat (X3/4/5) had click mechanisms that were too loud. In X4H, we added soft rubber buffers to reduce noise significantly.
● Heating support. after releasing X4, many users requested compatibility with ELEGOO Saturn 4 Ultra 16K with heating. We delivered: Hoopat X4H, with a built-in heater that warms resin to ~30 °C—reducing viscosity and improving performance in cooler environments.
