A: Yes! Hoopat’s vat works with any third-party release film, though you’ll need to punch the holes yourself. For convenience, we recommend our Hoopat Pre-Cut Film. We’re committed to offering high-quality FEP, ACF, PFA(nFEP) films at a fair price in the long run!

A: If the first print fails after installation, you can leveling the building plate. Next, slightly increase the bottom exposure time.

A:
1. Make sure to remove the two protective films on the PFA (one on each side) during installation.
2. Secure the clips using both hands. Clipping them one by one can create uneven tension, which may lead to resin leakage.
3. Avoid applying multiple clips (chip and unclip) on a single film. Each clip can stretch the holes in the film and cause irreversible deformation.

A: If you are using ACF, you need to check whether the film is installed upside down. The matte side should be at the bottom. If it is installed incorrectly, it will cause extra peel force, which may lead to printing failure or even deformation of it.

A: The X4H has a heating function. During installation, the bottom probe must be aligned with the heating element on the right side of the LCD screen.
