Eligible Purchase Period
Customers who purchased an eligible Chitu Systems product on or after January 1, 2026 may participate in this program.
Eligible Purchase Channels
Only purchases made through the following channels are eligible:
● Chitu Systems official store
● Amazon
Purchases from other platforms, resellers, second-hand channels, or unauthorized sellers are not eligible.
The order must be successfully completed to qualify. Canceled, refunded, returned, unpaid, or incomplete orders are not eligible.
Eligible Products
This program applies only to the following products:
● Chitu Systems FilaPartner E1 Filament Dryer
Other products, accessories, samples, free gifts, and non-eligible items are not included unless otherwise stated by Chitu Systems.
Accepted Platforms
Only TikTok and YouTube Shorts are accepted for this program.
Instagram posts, Instagram Reels, X posts, image posts, text posts, Amazon reviews, Amazon ratings, and Amazon seller feedback are not eligible.
Content Requirements
To qualify, your video must:
● Be at least 20 seconds long
● Be original and created by you
● Clearly show the eligible Chitu Systems product
● Share your real usage experience
● Include the product name
● Include #chitusystems #3dprinting
● Include the required disclosure statement
● Remain publicly available for at least 15 days
Positive opinions are not required. Honest feedback is welcome, including real problems, limitations, setup experience, usage results, or improvement suggestions.
Required Disclosure
Please include the following disclosure in your video caption:
This post is part of a Chitu Systems cashback program. Opinions are my own.
The disclosure must be clear and easy to see. It should not be hidden in comments or placed where viewers are unlikely to notice it.
Cashback Rule
Approved submissions can receive up to 10% cashback based on the actual amount paid for the eligible product. The maximum cashback amount is US$13.90 per approved submission.
Cashback is calculated based on the actual amount paid for the eligible product, excluding shipping, taxes, duties, refunded amounts, gift cards, or other non-product charges.
For orders containing multiple eligible products, cashback will be calculated only based on the highest-priced eligible product in the order.
Each order can be submitted once. Each social media account may participate once per year.
Payment Method
Cashback is paid by PayPal only.
Participants must provide a valid PayPal account that can receive payments. If you do not have PayPal, or if PayPal is unavailable in your country or region, you will not be able to participate in this program.
PayPal transfer fees are covered by Chitu Systems.
Review and Payment Timeline
After you submit your public video link, Chitu Systems will review:
● Order eligibility
● Product eligibility
● Purchase channel
● Payment completion status
● Video accessibility
● Video length
● Product visibility
● Required hashtag
● Required disclosure
● Originality and authenticity
Once the submission is approved and the video has remained publicly available for at least 15 days, it will automatically enter the payment process.
Chitu Systems processes cashback payments every two weeks.
Content Authorization
Content reuse authorization is optional.
You may participate in the cashback program without granting Chitu Systems additional permission to reuse your content for website, email, social media, or paid advertising purposes.
Granting or declining content reuse authorization will not affect cashback eligibility.
Important Compliance Notice
This program is not an Amazon review program.
Chitu Systems does not ask for, require, reward, or influence Amazon reviews, star ratings, seller feedback, review edits, or review removals.
Amazon orders may only be used to verify purchase eligibility for off-platform social media content.
Privacy Notice
To review your submission and process cashback, Chitu Systems may collect the following information:
● Order number
● Purchase channel
● Eligible product purchased
● Public TikTok or YouTube Shorts link
● Contact email
● PayPal account information
● Content authorization choice
This information will be used only to verify eligibility, review your submission, process cashback, manage program records, and contact you about your submission or payment status.
Chitu Systems will not sell your personal information.
Your PayPal information will not be publicly displayed or used for marketing purposes.

Fraud and Abuse
Chitu Systems reserves the right to reject or cancel submissions that are fraudulent, duplicated, misleading, inaccessible, copied from others, unrelated to the eligible product, missing required disclosure, or otherwise in violation of the program rules.
