How We Use the Information We Collect?

(i) Identifying Information

You may use our Site and Software without providing us with any personal information; however, if you request to receive certain types of notices or updates, or need to implement features of the Software, we may collect personally identifiable information that you voluntarily provide.

Personal User Account Registration and Login: In order to register or login to an account, you may be required to provide the following information to CBD: email address, created user name and password. During the registration process or after account creation, it is helpful if you provide us with the following additional information to help us provide you with a better service and experience: your name, contact address, phone number, fax number, industry of employment, company affiliation, your social media accounts, financial account information. If you do not provide this information, it will not affect the basic functionality of using CBD products and services.

Business User Account Registration and Login: In order to register or login to your account, you may be required to provide the following information to CBD: your business name, email address, created user name, password, contact address, phone, fax, industry you work for, financial account information.

(ii) Information for realizing the functions of the product

In the course of your use of the Software, you may be required to provide us with the following information in order to ensure the proper implementation of the corresponding functions of the Software: configuration information of your printer device, log records of the use of the Software, and information about the operating system of the Software.

If you refuse to provide such information, we will not be able to provide you with the appropriate services, but it will not affect your ability to use other features of CBD’s products and services.

(iii) Information automatically collected by the device

We and our third party service providers may collect information automatically from your device in a variety of ways including:

Through your browser or device: Certain information is collected by most browsers or automatically through your device, such as your Media Access Control (MAC) address, device type, screen resolution, operating system name and version, device manufacturer and model, language, Internet browser type and version and the name and version of the Services you are using. When and to Whom do we disclose your information?
